"M has been our physio & trainer for over 8 years working with me and my husband at home doing pilates & more recently yoga exercise personal training. It has probably been quite hard work for Emma , but she has definitely helped us achieve and maintain our strength & flexibility through a progressive exercise program, suffering from a longstanding chronic back problem she also gives me weekly physio and massage treatments which maintain my back without which I honestly could not do what I do."

M makes the sessions fun but functional and often does the exercises on one leg when working with me to show me they’re possible to do!..."

"I have participated in many different styles of yoga class over the years with a variety of teachers and can't believe that we are so lucky as to have Emma teaching in Richmond-her vinyasa flow classes are very special."
