Steering away from fitness fads and a ‘one size fits all’ mindset. M only uses evidence based ‘gold standard’ training techniques to ensure that the best service and results are delivered to each individual client… she believes in the 80:20 rule of living a healthy happy lifestyle for the majority of the time with some treats thrown in along the way.

Sessions are carried out in the privacy of your own home or outside in the fabulous Yorkshire Dales, God’s own gym.
